REFUND /CANCELLATION POLICY

We Legal White/legalwhite/LEGAL WHITE/LEGALWHITE/M/s Madan Technologies complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided we may refund money provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Further our policy for cancellation & refund will be as follows:

User/consumer satisfaction is our prime importance. If we fail to provide services from our end, but the user/consumer has paid for the service then consumer/user will be liable to mention the same to us / grievance on our official Email Id or contact us on our official number mentioned on website.

If the consumer/user changes its mind for the services taken, we will not be liable to cancel the service neither refund the cancellation of service.

In case consumer/user asks us to hold the processing of the service, we shall hold the fees but incase fee already paid to department /government , service already completed by resource than fee paid to resource shall not be refunded in any case. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service.

It is agreed by consumer/user is not liable for any cancellation fee/refund incase government /organization covered under RTI Act ,2005 & amended till date fails to answer the query asked under RTI Form sent , further the user/consumer is liable to file Appeal under RTI Act on providing further more professional fee charged by website .

It is agreed by the user/consumer that fee paid after client-lawyer discussions over case and on signing consent form sent from our website official email Id the professional fee ONCE PAID THEREAFTER shall not be refunded , the service may be held in processing as per user/consumer convenience .

We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end. Consumer/user need to address the grievance of websites failure to provide the service ,user/consumer shall via email on Our Official Website Email Id write within 7 days after making payment of the professional fee. The grievance once reached to the Website shall be complied with its services It is also agreed by User/consumer that he/she shall not be liable for any cancellation fee/refund incase government /organization covered under RTI Act ,2005 & amended till date fails to answer the query asked under RTI Form sent , further the user/consumer is liable to file Appeal under RTI Act on providing further more professional fee charged by website on Appeal.

Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is earned by the Website –Legal White/legalwhite/LEGAL WHITE/LEGALWHITE /M/s Madan Technologies , because of the time and energy invested by our manpower/resource for their work done, which is not returnable.Though refund on cancellation in any case is not applicable yet the website shall provide its customer/user with best efforts for their satisfaction.

(It is also agreed that the website reserves rights to update and amend the current Policy as aforestated ).
